Our Vision
Red Sky Cafe is part of Holy Trinity Swiss Cottage, the local parish church. Run on Christian principles our hope is that every visitor will feel really welcome and valued
Our aims are to:
* provide a relaxing café space for everyone living,
working or visiting in this area
* serve a small but delicious range of fresh and
distinctive food, cakes and pastries
* provide the best ethically sourced coffee and drinks
We are a charitable organisation. Profits go towards the various activities we are involved in locally and abroad, including with children & young people (especially at Holy Trinity School) the Camden Churches Together Homeless Shelter and the Dalit peoples in India

Our Coffee
All our coffee is ethically sourced, which means even more than fair trade. Our coffee is supplied by Kingdom Coffee, whose mission is to see profit earned from tea and coffee sales reinvested in the countries where coffee and tea are grown. This stems from our social responsibility to curb the tide of exploitation of coffee and tea growers and their associated workers. Absorbing the higher cost of raw and finished products we still remain competitive with our prices. |

Our Food
We serve a small but delicious range of fresh and distinctive food, cakes and pastries.
Our food aims to be:
- Natural – avoiding processed food, additives and chemicals, artificial sweeteners, preservatives,
- Quality - home made where possible or sourced from good local suppliers or volunteers in our community. Fresh, avoiding the mass produced
- Delicious - really appealing, tasty, satisfying food all year round.
- Distinctive - we are always striving for something a little bit different, or special that goes the extra mile; what might be expected in a really good church cafe.
- Ethical - where we can, sourcing produce which considers the producers and is ethically traded
- Fairly priced - we are not a premium priced cafe nor a low cost cafe. Fair pricing throughout representing good value for what is being sold
