Operation Manager role at Holy Trinity Swiss Cottage
Background: We are a lively, charismatic HTB church plant community based in London NW3 on a major trunk road and communications hub. The church comprises people from all backgrounds and nations. We have a passion to proclaim the full gospel of the Kingdom.
Job role: To manage and administer the strategic and daily operational needs of the church. This will include management of the building, IT and systems, office administration needs, as well as health and safety and risk management, HR and governance administrative support.
Who will this job suit?: You will be a person who has a living faith, is at home in a lively, Holy Spirit-led community, and has a strong desire to advance the Kingdom of God through the church. The Operations Manager should be an experienced and gifted administrator familiar with the usual office systems including IT, HR, diary planning, scheduling and purchasing. You will be both self-motivated as well as enjoy working in a team. A knowledge of Churchapp would be an advantage.
Terms and Conditions:
Initial salary: £25-30k pro-rata full time equivalent depending upon prior experience
Holidays: 5 weeks pro-rata
Pension: Obligatory contributory pension scheme after probation
